FPL Price Changes
TL;DR
3 players are on course to rise at tonight's FPL price update and 25 to fall, on FPL's own price-change progress. The biggest risers are De Cuyper (£4.9m, 99%), Barry (£5.6m, 98%) and Tarkowski (£6.1m, 90%) and the biggest fallers Eze (£6.3m, -101%), Gozo (£5.0m, -100%) and Yohanna (£4.9m, -99%). The lists refresh every 15 minutes, and every player's move is in the xPts table.

How FPL Price Changes Work
Prices move on net transfers: enough managers buying a player lifts him £0.1m, enough selling drops him £0.1m.
- FPL now shows the progress. Every player carries a percentage. 100% or more means a rise is expected at the next update, -100% or less a fall. It updates every 15 minutes, and it is a guide, not a guarantee.
- Prices change once a day, at midnight UK time. No player rises or falls more than £0.3m in one gameweek.
- Progress resets after a move. A player who changed at the last update starts again from zero, which is why he drops off tonight's list.
- Some prices are locked. FPL can freeze a player's price for a spell, and a locked player cannot move however many managers buy him.
Should You Buy Before a Price Rise?
Only when the player was already your transfer. A rise is worth less than it looks, and a hit costs more.
- You keep half of a rise. Your selling price is the purchase price plus half the rise, rounded down to £0.1m. One £0.1m rise earns nothing on a sale; a £0.3m rise earns £0.1m.
- You take a fall in full. Sell a player on course to fall before the update and you keep the £0.1m.
- Points beat pennies. A 4-point hit to beat a rise is almost never worth it. Plan the move on projected points with the solver, then make it early if the player is on the rising list.
- Check he starts. A rise on a player who is about to be benched is money in the wrong place; the predicted lineups show every club's likely XI.
