Why aren't the transfers I made this week showing in FPL Copilot?

FPL hides this week's transfers until the deadline. Tap Sync my live team on the Solver page (or in Profile). If you can't sync, open Advanced settings on the Solver page, Already-made transfers, and add them there; Chip Strategies has the same.

FPL Copilot is not showing my correct team. Why?

Go to the Profile page and make sure the Team ID saved there is your own, then run the Solver again.

Why isn't Sync my live team working?

Sync uses your FPL email and password, which we never see: they are encrypted and stored safely. Make sure the Team ID saved on your Profile page is your own (sync checks it first), then tap Sync my live team on the Solver page and enter your FPL email and password again. FPL accounts with two-factor authentication can't be synced; add your already-made transfers in Advanced settings on the Solver and Chip Strategies pages instead.

Where do I find my FPL Team ID?

Log in on the FPL website (fantasy.premierleague.com), click Pick Team, then Gameweek History. The number in the address bar after /entry/ is your Team ID (fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/1234567/history means 1234567).

How do I cancel my FPL Copilot free trial or subscription?

Profile page, Subscription card, Cancel trial (or Cancel subscription). Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged.
