1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FPL Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FPL Copilot is a Fantasy Premier League optimisation tool. It provides expected-points projections, transfer recommendations from a mixed-integer optimiser, chip-strategy analysis, mini-league win-probability simulations, an AI chat assistant ("Copilot"), a Copilot Rank rating, and an optional automation feature ("Autopilot") that can stage and execute transfers on your behalf when enabled. The Service uses publicly available FPL data and statistical / AI models to generate suggestions.

2a. Autopilot (Optional Automation)

Autopilot is an opt-in feature. If you enable it, you provide your Fantasy Premier League login credentials so we can sign into your FPL account and stage or execute transfers and chip plays on your behalf. By enabling Autopilot you authorise FPL Copilot to act on your FPL account for the actions you have approved or set up. You can disable Autopilot at any time from your profile; doing so deletes the stored credentials. You remain solely responsible for the choices you make through Autopilot and for compliance with FPL's own terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with others
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service

5. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

Public marketing pages and a limited free taste of the Solver, Chip Strategies, and Copilot Chat are available without a subscription. Continuing to use those features requires an active free trial or paid subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Prices are shown in your preferred currency at checkout
Free trials are time-limited and convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then. We send a reminder email approximately 24 hours before the trial ends
You can pause an active monthly or yearly subscription from your profile. Paused subscriptions resume automatically on the selected resume date with the same plan and price you previously had
You may cancel your subscription or trial at any time from your profile. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; cancelling stops future renewals
Season money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Pro for any reason, email us at spiros@fplcopilot.com any time up to the end of the 2026/27 Premier League season (the GW38 deadline) and we will refund everything you have paid towards that season in full. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans and you do not need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe where possible; card networks stop accepting refunds on older charges, so for payments beyond that window we will arrange an equivalent refund by another method rather than leave you out of pocket

Not financial or gambling advice

FPL Copilot provides suggestions for Fantasy Premier League, a free-to-play fantasy sports game. Our recommendations are not financial advice, betting tips, or gambling advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our suggestions.

Data accuracy and AI output

Expected-points projections, transfer recommendations, chip-strategy analyses, mini-league win-probability simulations and Copilot Chat responses are produced by statistical and AI models on top of publicly available data. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or be out of date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of projections or AI responses. Always cross-check with the official Fantasy Premier League site before making final decisions.

Autopilot disclaimer

Autopilot is provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee that an Autopilot run will complete in time for a deadline, that FPL will accept every staged action, or that the chosen plan will improve your rank. You remain responsible for the final state of your FPL team and for keeping your FPL account's email/password current. If FPL changes its login flow or rate limits in a way that breaks Autopilot, we may temporarily disable the feature without notice.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to FPL API outages or rate limits).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of FPL Copilot are owned by us. "Fantasy Premier League" and "FPL" are trademarks of the Premier League. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or its partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPL Copilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
