By accessing or using FPL Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FPL Copilot is a Fantasy Premier League optimisation tool that provides expected points projections, transfer recommendations, and chip strategy analysis. The Service uses publicly available FPL data and AI-powered algorithms to generate suggestions.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must not share your account with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free-tier users have access to limited features as described on our pricing page
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of purchase

FPL Copilot provides suggestions for Fantasy Premier League, a free-to-play fantasy sports game. Our recommendations are not financial advice, betting tips, or gambling advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our suggestions.

Data accuracy

Expected points projections and transfer recommendations are based on statistical models and publicly available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of projections. Player data is sourced from the official FPL API and may contain inaccuracies or delays.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of FPL Copilot are owned by us. "Fantasy Premier League" and "FPL" are trademarks of the Premier League. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or its partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPL Copilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
